Your earnest money is held safely in our escrow account and applied toward your purchase at closing. We accept earnest money two ways:

By check

Make your check payable to Surety Land Title, Inc. and drop it off at our office at 5909 Airport Blvd, Mobile, or send it with your real estate agent. We'll receipt it into escrow the same day.

By wire transfer

Call us at (251) 343-4200 and we'll provide wiring instructions directly. Always verify wiring instructions by phone before sending funds, and never rely on instructions received by email, even if they appear to come from us or your agent. Please note: earnest money cannot be paid by credit card. The card options above are for title reports and document retrieval only.
